Subscription Policy

This policy applies to any recurring services offered by UpflowLab.

1. Subscription Plans

When available, subscription plans provide recurring delivery of social media engagement services at regular intervals. Plans are billed at the start of each cycle (weekly, monthly, or as specified).

2. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable rate for the next period.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive services until that period ends. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period. Price differences may be prorated.

5. Service Interruptions

While we strive for continuous service delivery, temporary interruptions may occur due to platform changes or maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to resume service promptly.
