Billing Terms

These billing terms govern all payments made through UpflowLab.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.
2. Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable service fees. Prices may change at any time without prior notice; however, any changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
3. Billing Cycle
One-time orders are charged immediately upon purchase. For recurring/subscription services, charges occur at the beginning of each billing period as specified at checkout.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected, the associated order or subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to us at [email protected] to resolve any billing disputes.
6. Invoices
Order confirmation emails serve as your receipt. Additional invoices can be requested by contacting support.
