Refund Policy

UpflowLab is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued.

1. Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The ordered service was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe
  • Significant under-delivery (less than 80% of the ordered quantity)
  • Technical errors on our side that prevented proper order processing

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • The service has been fully delivered as ordered
  • A drop in metrics occurs after delivery due to platform actions (e.g., follower purges)
  • The submitted profile link was incorrect or the account was made private after ordering
  • The order violates our Terms of Use

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order ID and a description of the issue. We review all requests within 48 hours.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

5. Partial Refunds

If partial delivery occurred, a proportional refund may be issued for the undelivered portion.
