Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the conditions under which orders placed on UpflowLab may be cancelled.
1. Before Processing
Orders that have not yet been submitted to our fulfillment network may be cancelled upon request. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details.
2. After Processing Begins
Once an order has been submitted for processing, cancellation may not be possible as delivery begins immediately. Digital services that have started execution cannot be reversed.
3. Partial Delivery
If only a portion of the ordered service has been delivered at the time of a cancellation request, a partial refund may be issued for the undelivered portion at our discretion.
4. Subscription Cancellation
For recurring services, you may cancel future billing cycles at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the current period.
5. How to Request Cancellation
Send your cancellation request to [email protected] including your order ID and account email. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
